Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out our short confidential intake form.

Late Arrival

Please note that arriving late will impact the length of your treatment. If you arrive later than the time of your scheduled appointment, your treatment will be shortened in consideration of the next guest and our cleaning procedures. Thank you for understanding.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation, if needed, must be made 24 hour before your scheduled appointment Or you will be charged full price for your service, same day appointments cannot be changed or cancelled.
